Connect HubSpot
HubConnector connects to HubSpot using OAuth, so you authorize the connection from inside HubSpot itself and never hand over a password or API key.
Steps
- On the Connections page, find the HubSpot card and choose to connect it.
- HubConnector sends you to HubSpot's consent screen at app.hubspot.com/oauth/authorize.
- Choose the HubSpot account (portal) you want to connect.
- Review the permissions HubConnector is requesting, listed below, and approve them.
- HubSpot returns you to HubConnector, and the HubSpot card on the Connections page shows as connected.

Installing an app in HubSpot requires a user with permission to install apps, such as a Super Admin, or a user with App Marketplace access. If you do not have this permission, ask your HubSpot administrator to connect HubSpot, or to grant you access first.
HubConnector rejects connecting a HubSpot portal that is already connected to your account. If you see this message, check whether a teammate already connected this portal before trying again.
